Where we ship

ITXchange, a brand of SSTeche, ships from India to customers in India and to many countries worldwide. At checkout you will see the shipping options and cost available for your address.

Processing time

Every device is tested and checked before it ships. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order leaves us.

Delivery times

These are estimates. Delivery can take longer because of carrier delays, customs checks, public holidays or weather.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Any free shipping offers will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price you pay us. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Tracking and insurance

Every order ships with tracking. We pack devices securely and ship them insured against loss and damage in transit.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, we will contact you about reshipping and you may need to pay the extra shipping cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of the delivery date, or the expected date, and we will sort it out with the carrier.
