These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to anything you buy from SSTeche and its refurbished-laptop brand ITXchange ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
SSTeche was established in 1993 in Nehru Place, New Delhi, India. We provide IT asset management services and sell refurbished devices through ITXchange.
Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy or reuse our content, logos or images without our written permission. All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors.
Products and grading
Our devices are refurbished. Each product page shows the grade, specifications and condition. Grades describe appearance only, and every device is tested to work. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but small differences, such as colour variations, may occur.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Stock is limited, and an order is only accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment you made.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method and that the information you give is correct.

Business services and quotes
Quotes we give for IT asset services are estimates and depend on the information you provide. Final terms are set out in a written agreement or confirmation between us and you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have in your own country.
