What does refurbished mean?
A refurbished device has been used before, then inspected, repaired where needed, cleaned, wiped of data, tested and graded before resale.
What do the grades mean?
Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Grade A: minimal to no signs of use. Grade B: light scratches or marks. Grade C: visible wear, fully working.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship from India to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Orders dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery takes about 3 to 7 working days in India, 5 to 10 in the UAE and 7 to 14 elsewhere.
What does the warranty cover?
Every device has a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers hardware faults, including the battery and the supplied charger. Cosmetic wear, drops, liquid damage and misuse are not covered.
How do returns work?
You can return a device within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is in the condition you received it. We refund within 7 working days of receiving it.
