Warranty, returns and shipping
What does the warranty cover?
Every device has a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers hardware faults, including the battery and the supplied charger. Cosmetic wear, drops, liquid damage and misuse are not covered. Full terms are on our Warranty page.
How do returns and refunds work?
You can return a device within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is in the condition you received it. We refund within 7 working days of receiving it. See our Returns & refunds page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship from India to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply on international orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 7 working days in India, 5 to 10 in the UAE and 7 to 14 elsewhere.
